This programme is designed for professionals working in health care, social services or the third sector and who are interested in developing evidence-based and people-centred practice, service design in integrated health services or innovative and collaborative leadership.

The flexible structure of studies allows you to focus on the topics which are relevant for your personal and study and career plan. At the beginning of your studies, you will choose the focus of your Advanced Professional Studies in Health Care and the combination of your Elective Studies. We will provide you with guidance and counselling in defining your personal study plan.

You will study 100% online, which makes it possible for you to participate from any location. We will provide online learning material which you can access in a time that suits you. However, in addition to individual and group assignments, we use a combination of time-bound online discussions and webinars where we expect you to participate.

After completing the Master’s programme, you will be able to:

  • analyse, critically evaluate, develop and promote the culture of people-centred and evidence-based practice in health care
  • design evidence-based and people-centred health services to promote seamless collaboration between public, private and NGO sectors in health care.
