Diaconia University of Applied Sciences aims to ensure that the Finland abroad online service meets the requirements for accessibility as laid down in the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019).

Status of accessibility of the digital service

The digital service meets the critical accessibility requirements A and AA.

Technical deficiencies

  • colors and contrasts
  • missing alternative texts (images, videos)
  • functionality of menus with keyboard and screen reader programmes
  • accessibility of pdf-files

Net portal will be developed to meet the requirements latest 23th September 2020.
