IT services for students will undergo changes this June, as the IT support phone service will end on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
How can I get IT support in the future?
- Support request via the service portal: You can submit a service request 24/7 through the IT support service portal tuki.diak.fi. IT support is available on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; we process support requests within two business days.
- Appointments for in-person support: If the issue requires a visit or a device inspection, you can book a personal appointment with a specialist via the booking form found in the service portal. Appointments for in-person support are available in Helsinki on Mondays from 9 to 11 a.m., in Pori on Fridays from 8 to 10 a.m., and in Oulu on Fridays from 9 to 11 a.m.
