- In summer, Diak’s study offices serve mainly electronically: Study office: opintotoimisto@diak.fi and Open UAS: avoin@diak.fi
- Diak’s study office phone service (tel. +358 29 469 6433) is open until June 18th, Mon–Thu from 9 am to 12 pm. In summer, from June 22nd to July 31st, the phone service is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 am to 12 pm.
- The Helsinki study office is closed from June 18th to August 4th.
- The Oulu study office is closed from June 1st to August 4th.
- Diak Eastern Finland: The Pieksämäki study office is closed from June 8th to July 31st.
- The transcript of criminal records can still be presented on Monday, June 8th, from 1 pm to 2 pm via the Teams link or in person at the study office during opening hours. Presenting the transcript of criminal records via Teams will resume on Mondays from 1 pm to 2 pm starting from August 3rd.
