According to the latest Osviitta report comparing Finland’s universities of applied sciences, Diak ranks among the country’s top-performing institutions relative to its size. One of Diak’s standout strengths is the employability of its graduates.
In the Osviitta comparison, Diak achieved the strongest employment results among Finnish universities of applied sciences when assessed relative to institutional size and potential.
“When choosing where to study, prospective students naturally want to know what career opportunities a degree will open up. We are delighted that the results show our graduates make a successful transition into working life after completing their studies,” says Kati Komulainen, President and CEO of Diak.
Educating professionals for meaningful careers

Strong connections to working life play an important role in graduates’ career prospects.

The Osviitta report also highlights Diak’s strong performance in attracting first-time higher education students as well as its success in master’s-level studies at universities of applied sciences. Overall, Diak ranked second among all Finnish universities of applied sciences when results were measured against institutional potential.
