Student, participate in Diak’s equality work and answer the survey
As part of Diak’s gender equality and equity work, the aim is to annually measure the experiences of the entire higher education community, assess the impact of measures, and identify areas for development regarding equality themes.
Equality Survey 2026
The equality survey brings together themes related to gender equality, equity, diversity, and safer space principles.
By sharing your own view, you can influence and participate in Diak’s equality work and its development in the right direction.

The survey is open until September 30, 2026.
The survey is answered by staff and students. There are both common and targeted questions for both groups.
The results will be utilized in formulating the goals and measures set for 2027. A summary of the results will be published for students and staff during October and November.
More information on the Equality and Equity Plan and development work
The purpose of the equality and equity plan is to bring together the goals, measures, and metrics with which Diak promotes equality through its operations and as an employer, and prevents and addresses discrimination, for example. The plan includes an assessment of the equality situation and measures to promote it.
