Are questions about your own professional growth or transitioning into the workforce on your mind? During your studies, you might have various reflections, such as identifying your career goals, articulating your skills, and crafting a strong job application. Or perhaps you’re contemplating what it means to be “ready” and what the professional world expects from graduates. Maybe you’re nearing the end of your studies, with graduation on the horizon. There are so many possibilities awaiting you in the workforce!
If you’re pondering these kinds of professional questions, Diak’s mentoring program could be just the thing for you! As a mentee, you’ll be paired with a Diak alum (a graduate of Diak), and the commitment will span the autumn semester of 2024. The process is confidential and tailored to your goals. You’ll have approximately five meetings with your mentor, scheduled according to both your and their availability. Even if you’re in different locations, meetings can be conducted effectively via remote connection.
The program kicks off with a joint introductory meeting on Zoom on August 27, 2024, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM. The link will be sent to those who register. Apply via this link to participate.
This mentoring program has been developed in collaboration with students and alumni and is part of the OTE project supported by the European Social Fund (ESF) and Employment and Economic Development Offices (ELY).
