Come and spend Wellbeing Day at the Helsinki campus on Tuesday 10 March from 11:00 to 15:00!
Throughout the day, you’ll find a range of wellbeing points around the campus where you can pause, unwind, and get support for your everyday study wellbeing.
Taking part are, among others: study counsellors, student welfare staff, a special education teacher, the library, student affairs trainees, O’Diako, FSHS, the campus pastor and deacon, Helsinki Clubhouse – ESKOT ry and HelsinkiMissio.

- Meet professionals and chat in a low‑threshold setting
- Take away positive energy and practical support for your studies.
Wellbeing Day takes place on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Helsinki campus.

Other non-stop activities on the 1st floor - Campus mass at the Chapel.

Time: 13.00–13.30 - Book relaxation at the library
Time: every 15 minutes from 14.00–15.00
