The main goal of the project is to support the integration of immigrants and their management of everyday life through experiential knowledge, volunteering and culturally sensitive communication. The goal is to increase inclusion, improve the accessibility of services and strengthen functional population relations.
The main implementer of the project is the Oulu Parish Council and the Oulu Deaconess Institute Foundation and Diaconia University of Applied Sciences are co-implementers. The project is co-funded by the City of Oulu and the European Union.
