Diak’s website has been revamped. The aim of the new site is to improve the student and customer experience.

The aim of the reform was to build a clear, modern, and accessible entity that effectively serves Diak’s key target groups: those seeking education and expert services, Diak students, partners, and customers.

“We want to offer site users an intuitive and clear user experience that also profiles and strengthens the Diak brand,” says Aura Vuorenrinne, Diak’s Hed of Communications and Marketing, who served as project manager.

The website features easy-to-use course search and expert service search functions that make applying, registering, and purchasing services easier than ever before. Students are better served than with the help of the Student Guide.

Diak has ambitious growth targets in both education and service sales. To support this, an online store has been built on the website, making it easy to browse and purchase services and training courses.

Into-Digital Oy has been Diak’s partner in the reform.

“The online service reform carried out with Diak was an exceptionally inspiring project for us. Diak has a strong vision of how digital services can support learning, student paths, and organizational growth. As a project partner, it was important for us to build a solution that is both technically sustainable and genuinely easy to use in everyday life, says Senior Project Manager Isto Karttunen from Into-Digital.
