Spring 2027 Placements Schedule

The start and end dates for the spring 2027 placements can be found in MyDiak under the implementation’s dates and implementation plan. Be sure to book your placement primarily for these weeks.

Spring 2027 schedules

The schedules for Spring 2027 will be published on Friday, 6 November. You can then check the detailed schedule of your studies before enrolling in courses or make changes to your enrolments based on the schedules if, for example, the schedule of an elective course does not fit into your schedule.

The estimated start and end dates of course implementations will already be available in MyDiak when enrolment opens on 14 September 2026.

Cross-institutional studies

As a Diak degree student, you can expand your study opportunities by completing studies from another Finnish higher education institution and include these studies in your degree. Check out and enrol for Cross-institutional studies in MyDiak. You can find the instructions for enrollment in the guide portal. Please send an email to your study guidance counselor before enrolling on the courses and ensure that the studies can be accepted into your degree program.

Cancellation policy

In case you decide not to participate in the studies you have enrolled for, remember to cancel your enrolment on MyDiak as soon as possible. Study implementations, group divisions etc. are confirmed based on enrolments. It is important that each student makes sure that their own enrolment information is up to date. Cancellations are possible until you have been accepted on the module.

Approving enroIments

Students do not need to do anything else than save their enrolment by clicking on the Enrol button. When you save your enrolment, your name is added to the enrolment list. The Study Office will process the enrolment lists after the end of the enrollment period. The status ”Enrollment waiting for approval” will change to ”Enrollment approved” once this has been done. For the nonstop courses there is a separate schedule for approval of the enrolment. The Study Office processes the enrolments once a week.
