Zekki – How Are You Doing?

Zekki helps users reflect on their wellbeing and directs them to accessible support services.

Zekki.fi is an award-winning, user-centred digital service that helps young people reflect on their wellbeing and find low-threshold support services suited to their situation. Zekki is based on the 3X10D® life situation assessment, research evidence, and extensive expert collaboration.

In just a few minutes, young users can complete a comprehensive self-assessment covering their overall life situation. Based on the results, Zekki provides information and recommendations for support services tailored to the young person’s circumstances. Zekki helps answer a simple yet essential question: how are you doing?

Zekki has been developed under the coordination of Diaconia University of Applied Sciences in collaboration with a wide network of organisations. The service is free, easy to use, and accessible anytime, anywhere. For young users, Zekki is completely anonymous.
