Welcome to the alumni meeting, which focuses on maintaining and fostering hope both in customer work and from the perspective of your own coping. Current global events and the prolonged pandemic situation have contributed to the burden on us all.
How to maintain hope for customers who might already struggle? In customer work that requires compassion, how is one’s own coping also taken care of? The theme is opened by Diak’s principal lecturer Minna Valtonen.
