We offer training programmes and workshops that strengthen multi-professional networks’ understanding of coordinative leadership and co-creation. Our coordinative leadership programme is a service developed by Diak to support organisations in building effective, client-centered service systems within complex, multi-professional operating environments. We also provide support for the development of goal-oriented ecosystems.

The service brings together resources from different sectors, fields and stakeholder groups, ensuring seamless collaboration and clear coordination of services. It helps organisations improve service quality, enhance client-centred approaches and achieve greater impact, for example in municipalities, wellbeing services counties and third-sector organisations.

We provide expertled support, training and practical tools for implementing coordinative leadershipstreamlining operations and strengthening collaboration across networks.

Benefits

Coordinative leadership is a systematic approach to developing and leading multi-professional collaboration and client-centred services through shared agreements and joint decision-making. The process combines expert inputs with facilitated working sessions. Participants build a shared situational understanding and identify areas for change. Facilitated, design-based workshops support networks in moving concretely towards jointly agreed goals.

Who is it for?

The programme is suitable for leadership teams and professional networks in wellbeing services counties, municipalities and the third sector who are seeking practical ways to strengthen purposeful collaboration and address shared challenges. We also work with actors in social services, health care, employment services, non-governmental organisations and church-based organisations.
