Diak’s reputation among partners remains strong

Diak’s reputation among its partners is at a good level according to the Trust & Reputation survey conducted in autumn 2025. The study was carried out by T-Media in September 2025 and included responses from 45 representatives of Diak’s key stakeholders, such as wellbeing services counties, social and health sector companies and organisations, educational institutions, and public authorities.

Diak’s overall reputation among stakeholders remains strong, although there has been a slight decline compared to the previous measurement in 2023. The overall score of 3.75 is considered good, indicating that partners view Diak as a reliable and responsible actor.

— We are pleased that Diak’s governance and responsibility are rated as excellent. These are strategically important values for us and guide all our activities. A good reputation is a prerequisite for trust and collaboration, which are at the heart of Diak’s operations, says Diak’s CEO-Rector Kati Komulainen.

The survey divides reputation into eight dimensions: governance, financial stability, leadership, innovation, interaction, products and services, workplace, and responsibility.

Partners rated Diak’s governance (4.05) and responsibility (4.17) as excellent. Transparent operations and social responsibility are clear competitive advantages for Diak. These areas strongly correlate with stakeholder trust and support.

Workplace (3.36), leadership (3.72), and interaction (3.65) showed the greatest decline. Diak’s restructuring negotiations in 2024 are likely reflected in these results. On a positive note, products and services (3.81) are viewed more favorably than before, supporting Diak’s role as a developer of expertise and service provider.

Diak also asked partners about its strategic message as a breaker of inequality trends. The majority of respondents (78%) believe that Diak helps prevent the development of inequality in Finland. This message is strong and aligned with Diak’s core values.
