Study offices

Study offices on all campuses help you with the following:

  • registration for the academic year and enrolment for study modules
  • study entitlement
  • diplomas and diploma attachments
  • transcripts of records

Attending degree students and students of the Diak open UAS can download an electronically signed Certificate of Study and Transcript of Records from MyDiak’s print service.


Fees

  • Processing the restoration of study entitlement €50
    (Finnish government regulation 1440/30.12.2014 3 §)
  • Processing the extension of study entitlement €50
    (Finnish government regulation 1440/30.12.2014 3 §)
  • Diploma duplicate €50
  • Certification of copies of Diak’s diplomas and diploma attachments €30
    (when original copies are provided by the former Diak student)
  • Printed and certified paper copy of the electronic degree certificate €30
  • Retransmission of an electronic degree certificate €30
  • Transcript of records (after withdrawal or graduation) €20
  • Exam fee (when the student is not registered at Diak) €30
  • Postage fee €5
  • Specifications of diplomas for working abroad or other purposes €50/copy, and the necessary clarifications €80/hour. Delivery by registered mail to Finland €10 and abroad €50. (Finnish government regulation 1440/30.12.2014 5 §)

All payments should be made in advance to Diak’s bank account FI86 5000 0120 4797 60, OP Corporate Bank plc. (BIC code OKOYFIHH).

The receipt has to be delivered to the study office by email or in person. For the certification process, please visit the study office and bring your diploma with you. Please make sure to make the payment in advance and print out a receipt.

Showing the transcript of criminal record

The transcript of criminal record needs to be shown primarily at the study office on its opening times. Take your ID with you. In exceptional cases, the transcript of criminal record  can be shown via the Teams link on Mondays from 1 to 2 pm. You will wait for your turn in a waiting posses. Please open the camera, show your ID and the transcript of criminal record.
