Diak’s Senior lecturer in Diaconal Work, ThM, Jouko Porkka will defend the doctoral dissertation entitled “The Young Confirmed Volunteers of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland – Motivation, Religiosity, and Community” in the Faculty of Theology, University of Helsinki, on Saturday 24 August 2019 at 12.00 p.m. The public examination will take place at the following address: Metsätalo room 6, Fabianinkatu 39/ Unioninkatu 40 B.
