General exam retakes to go online
Registration for online exams
Due to campus closures, general exam retakes will take place on Moodle. Registration for the exams will be done by filling in the electronic registration form. Diak is yet to determine how the written exams in Swedish will be organised. Please note that there could be new regulations concerning this that apply to all universities of applied sciences. The lecturer responsible for the module will let you know if it is possible to complete the exam.
Please register by filling in the electronic form at least 7 days before the exam, i.e. on the previous Thursday by 11:59 pm. Late registrations are not accepted, and all students must register electronically. If you have previously registered for an upcoming exam by filling in a paper form, you must register again by filling in the electronic form.
If you are not able to access the module literature due to campus closures, please send a message to your lecturer. When registering for the exam, you must note down the literature given by your lecturer on the electronic form.
You can complete several exams on the exam retake day. In this case, please register for each individual exam separately.
What happens after the registration?
You will be automatically added on the Exam retakes platform on Moodle. You will find the exam platform in “My Courses” You can access the exam platform also via this link.
The exam platform will open three days before the exam.
It is very important that you get familiar with the platform in advance
before the actual exam date.
What happens on the exam day?
You are required to get familiar with the Exam retakes platform on Moodle before the retake date. You will complete the exam on the general exam retake day between 4pm – 7pm. Please note that some exams may be shorter.
